About Rhinehart Studio

Rhinehart Studio is a small studio in Laurencekirk, Aberdeenshire, in the north-east of Scotland. We make original designs with a British sense of humour: tea, biscuits, inboxes, dogs, cats, wet walks and the quieter parts of Christmas. There are 57 designs in the shop at the moment.

Who makes the designs

Every line is written here and every design is drawn here. Ideas get tried out on friends and colleagues first, and the ones that make someone laugh, or groan in the right way, end up in the shop. We don't use slogans from films, songs, brands or famous people.

How it's made

Everything is printed to order by our print partner, Printful. Nothing is printed until you order it, so there's no warehouse full of unsold stock and less waste. It does mean each item takes a few working days to print before it's posted, usually 2–5 working days, then 2–6 working days in the post in the UK.

The product pictures are Printful mockups plus some AI-generated lifestyle images. The mockups are made with Printful's mockup generator and show the real design on the real product. The AI-generated images are captioned “Illustrative image (AI-generated)”; we check each one shows the same product and design, and the print room scenes use the real artwork. The people in all of them are mockup models or AI-generated, not our customers, and we've chosen a range so you can see how each piece looks on different people.

Returns and problems

You have 14 days after delivery to change your mind. If something arrives faulty, damaged or misprinted, send us a photo and we'll replace or refund it, postage included. The details are in our terms, delivery and returns.
