Terms, delivery and returns
Last updated: 25 October 2026
These terms apply to everything sold on this shop (mugs, prints, tees, sweatshirts and hoodies). The seller is Mr Rhinehart trading as Rhinehart Studio (sole trader, Scotland, UK). Address: Rhinehart Studio, 5 Redhall Avenue, Laurencekirk, Aberdeenshire, AB30 1NW, United Kingdom. Contact: [email protected].
- Price. The price shown is the total price, including delivery and any VAT or sales tax that applies. Freelancer tees are priced in pounds and delivered to UK and US addresses. Other items show a pound price (UK delivery) and a US-dollar price (US delivery). There are no extra charges at checkout. We deliver to UK and US addresses only.
- Contract. The contract is made when Stripe confirms your payment. Each item is printed to order by our print partner (Printful) and posted to you, usually within 10 working days. If we can't deliver within 30 days, we'll tell you and you can cancel for a full refund.
- Your right to cancel. If you're a consumer, you can cancel within 14 days of the day you receive your item, without giving a reason. Tell us by email at [email protected]. Send the item back unused and unworn within 14 days of telling us; you pay the cost of returning it. We'll refund the full price, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the item back (or proof that you've sent it). We may reduce the refund if the item has been used or handled more than needed to check it.
- Faulty goods. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. If an item is faulty, damaged in transit, misprinted or not as described, email us a photo and we'll repair, replace or refund it, including postage.
- Pictures. Product pictures are mockups made with our print partner's mockup generator, showing this design on the product. Poster room scenes are illustrations; frames are not included. Printed colours can differ slightly from the screen.
- Designs. All designs are original to Rhinehart Studio. You may not reproduce them for sale.
- Law. Scots law applies, but if you live elsewhere in the UK you keep the protection of your local law and can bring a claim in your local courts. If you live in the US, you keep any rights your local law gives you.
The same terms also appear in our main terms of service.
